Irving, Texas
A neighborhood bakery and grocer where every loaf is shaped by hand, every ingredient chosen with care, and every visit feels like coming home.
Our Story
Pat Walters has been a quiet fixture on North Belt Line Road for years — a place where the aroma of sourdough greets you before you cross the threshold, and where regulars know their names by the counter.
We bake the old way: long ferments, honest flour, and the kind of patience that can't be rushed. Our ovens fire every morning, and by midday the shelves are full of what the neighborhood asked for yesterday — and what we think they'll want today.
Beyond the bakery case, our grocery section carries a curated selection of staples, pantry goods, and local finds. Nothing superfluous. Everything we'd keep in our own kitchen.

What We Offer
Every item on our shelves carries the same standard: would we serve it to our own family? If the answer isn't yes, it doesn't make the cut.
Sourdough, ciabatta, focaccia, and seasonal varieties — all leavened naturally, crust-shatteringly crisp, and baked fresh each morning.
Butter croissants, Danish, cinnamon rolls, and tarts — laminated, filled, and glazed with the kind of attention that makes mornings worth waking up for.
Olive oils, vinegars, preserves, flours, and pantry essentials — sourced from producers we trust and products we actually use at home.
